Harding, Warren Gamaliel – (Born November 2, 1865; died natural causes August 2, 1923, Ohio) Twenty-Ninth President of the United States of America, (March 4, 1921 – August 2, 1923) established the Bureau of the Budget and finalized the armistice ending the World War, while having a largely failed administration due to the incompetence and larceny of some of his key advisors, including their involvement in the Teapot Dome Scandal, he said of himself as President “I am not fit for this office and never should have been here.” (Republican)
