Arthur as to claims Arthur was born in Canada) allegations being made that he was not a naturally born American citizen but rather born in Kenya or voluntarily gave up his citizenship when he became a naturalized citizen of Malaysia ( mother later married a Malaysian man and represented herself and her son as a Malaysian citizens, additionally evidence exists that Obama represented himself, as a foreign student to finance his education.
